Update 24.08.2024 – Final day of competition:
Good weather is finally reported on the last day of the competition. About 8 degrees at 0630, the sun comes up in the east and it looks like it will be a great flying day! Briefing at 0745 on the airstrip with the first pilot starting at 08.
Update 23.08.2024:
The day started with a briefing at 0745 and the competition started at 08. Worse weather conditions were reported throughout the day, and there was a combined rain/lunch break in the middle of the day. Up until lunch we had flown the 1st round plus some pilots in round 2. Unfortunately we had to cancel the rest of the day due to rain.
Update 22.08.24:
The first day of the competition is underway. Briefing at 0830. Start of the Sportsman known program at approximately 10:15. The class was interrupted by rain at about 10:45. Continues at 13:00.
Updated 15.08.24:
There is an adjustment on the Swedish team and there will be no pilots flying Freestyle. The class is therefore withdrawn from the program.
